On June 8, 1983, Scott Joplin, known as the King of Rag Time, was honored  a 20 cent US Postal Stamp.

    April 1, 2017 was the 100th Anniversary, of the death Composer Scott Joplin.
    His ‘Rag Time’ music carries awesome melodies and makes the room pump.
